Travel Information:

Dear guests in order to land in Bucharest, there are 2 possible airports: Otopeni(OTP) and Baneasa (BBU)                                                                
Romanian National Operator: TAROM (www.tarom.ro)                                                                
Low cost operators flying to Bucharest: Blue air, Carpatair, EasyJet, Wind Jet, Coral Blue Airlaines, Germanwings, Nouvelair, Wizzair.

Airport – Hotel - Airport

There will be shuttle services from the Bucharest airport to Brasov. Please send us the flying details in order to make arrangements regarding the shuttle busses.The distance between Bucharest airport and Brasov is 140 km(1,5- 2 hours by car)  An official from the organizer will be on the airport to guide you to the shuttel busses.

The transfer from the airport (one way) is 30 euro/ pers.

Transfer services detailed here are only available for those people staying at the hotels recommended by the organization.

Transfer could not be rerserved in Bucharest airports.

ARO PALACE Hotel – VENUE - ARO PALACE Hotel

ARO HOTEL is located in the old center of the city at 10 min by car from the VENUE. Taxi reservation will be provided on the ARO PALACE HOTEL by request.
